We sell new Kayo pit bikes, dirt bikes, ATVs and UTVs, set each one up in our shop, and service and order parts for them here. Kayo launched in 2002, founded by an engineer who had spent more than ten years with Honda's China division, and Kayo USA distributes the range from Texas.
Most Kayo buyers in Highlands County are parents with a patch of land and a kid who wants to ride. A loop mowed into the back pasture, a sand track behind the barn near Lorida, an open field at a family place outside Lake Placid. Kayo makes sense here because it gets a beginner onto a real four-stroke machine for a lot less than the big brands charge, which matters when you do not yet know if riding will stick, or when two kids need bikes at the same time.

Pit bikes from KMB60 to TT140 EFI
KMB60 is the smallest, a fully automatic four-stroke with a seat height of about 22 inches, built for young riders just learning. TS90 and TD110 EFI step up in size, and TD125, TT125 EFI and TT140 EFI are the bigger pit bikes.
The TT125 EFI, for example, uses a fuel injected 120cc four-stroke, a 4-speed manual gearbox and a seat height of about 33.6 inches, so it suits a bigger kid or a small adult more than a young beginner.
K2 and K2 Pro dirt bikes
K2 and K2 Pro are the larger Kayo dirt bikes, for bigger riders who have outgrown a pit bike or want an affordable machine for riding on the property.
They make sense for a parent who wants to ride alongside the kids without putting a premium bike through sand, brush and pasture ruts.
Storm, Predator and Bull ATVs
Storm 70 and Storm 110 are the small youth sport quads, and Predator 125 EFI, Storm 150 EFI and Storm 300 EFI move up in size and power for older riders.
The Bull range is the utility side: Bull 110, Bull 125 EFI, Bull 150 EFI and Bull 300 EFI. The bigger Bulls are handy for light chores around acreage, such as checking fence or carrying tools.
S70 and S350 UTVs, plus electric
The S70 is the small UTV in the range, and the S350 is the larger one, with a 326.7cc EFI engine and a CVT transmission.
Kayo also offers electric models, the EKMB and the eC2i. They are quiet, which helps if the riding area is close to neighbors or livestock, and there is no fuel to go stale between rides.
Kayo or a Bigger Brand: An Honest Comparison
We sell both sides of this choice, so we can be straight about it. Kayo's advantage is value. For the money, you get a four-stroke machine with disc brakes and, on many models, fuel injection, and you can put a child on a real bike without a large bet on a hobby that may not last.
The bigger brands on our floor, including Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki youth dirt bikes and the Polaris and Can-Am youth ATVs, cost more. What you get for that is a long model history, wide aftermarket support and stronger demand when it is time to sell. If your child is already committed to riding, or you plan to hand the bike down through several kids, one of those can be worth the extra.
Many families do both. A Kayo is the first bike, and when the rider has proved they love it, they step up to something bigger. Come look at them side by side.
Kayo Service and Parts in Sebring
Our shop services Kayo pit bikes, dirt bikes, ATVs and UTVs on site: oil changes, valve clearance checks, air filters, spark plugs, carburetor and fuel injection work, chain and sprocket replacement, brakes, tires and electrical diagnosis. Every new Kayo is set up here before it leaves, with fasteners checked, chain tension set, brakes adjusted and controls explained.
Small four-stroke engines hold only a little oil, and they run hot when a kid holds the throttle open in a sandy field in August. Check the oil level before rides and change it on schedule, sooner if the bike is ridden hard. Highlands County sand clogs air filters fast, and a dirty filter lets grit into the engine. Clean it often and keep the chain lubed, because sand wears chains and sprockets quickly.
Stale fuel stops more small bikes than anything else. After a long, humid summer in the shed, a carbureted pit bike often needs its carb cleaned. Use stabilizer or run the tank down before storage. We keep common Kayo service parts on hand and order the rest.

We take trades, and outgrown pit bikes and youth quads are some of the most common. A well kept Kayo that a rider has outgrown still has value toward the next size up, so keep the service records and do not let it sit with old fuel in it.

Size to the rider, not the age
Bring the rider with you. They should be able to sit on the bike with both feet near the ground and reach the bars and levers without stretching. A bike that is too tall is hard to stop and hard to hold up, and a rider who is scared of the bike does not ride it.
Automatic or clutch
A fully automatic bike like the KMB60 lets a first rider concentrate on balance, braking and throttle. A manual gearbox like the one on the TT125 EFI suits a rider who is ready to learn the clutch. Pick the one that matches where the rider is today.
Build a practice area on your land
Mow a simple oval in a flat pasture, away from fences, ditches, cattle and the road. Walk it for stumps, irrigation pipe and soft sand before anyone rides. A new rider learns more from lap after lap on the same easy loop than from exploring.
Gear and supervision on every ride
A properly fitted helmet, goggles, gloves, boots, long sleeves and long pants are the minimum. An adult should watch every ride. Florida restricts OHV operation by riders under 16 on public lands and requires protective gear, so confirm the current rules before riding anywhere but private land.
Plan for the step up
A rider who enjoys it will outgrow a small pit bike, sometimes in a season or two. Keep the first bike clean and serviced so it trades well, and ask us about the next size in the Kayo range or a move to a bigger brand.

Kayo dirt bikes are made by Kayo Motor, a company based in China that designs, develops and builds its own machines. How often should I change the oil on a Kayo pit bike?
Change the oil at the interval listed in your Kayo owner's manual, and sooner if the bike is ridden hard in heat or dust. Small four-stroke engines hold very little oil, so check the level before each ride. In Highlands County sand and summer heat, frequent oil changes and a clean air filter are the best protection.
Can you get Kayo parts in Sebring?
